It is a natural and instinctive process for children to seek out friendship as youngsters, when left to themselves. Occasionally, however, it can also be a challenging experience for some and joining a new holiday club can stir a few worries. At Indigo, we believe that a little social nurturing can go a long way towards their interpersonal development and that friendship is not only good for their self confidence, but also for their soul.
The last three weeks have absolutely flown by, we have met so many incredible kids and we have had an absolute blast, creating many things, welcoming fantastic guest workshops and have had lots of fun in the process!
The week kick-started with crafting and masks, the theme being Halloween...we all went outdoors and together built dens - the children could barely be seen!
Autumn is upon us and who else adores the beautiful array of colours that decorate the trees in this gorgeous season?
Summer holidays 2018 arrived along with the glorious sunshine, which only meant one thing...holiday club time! We managed to pack in a huge range of indoor and outdoor activities with some exciting guest workshops too.
Thank you to everyone who came along to holiday club during February half term and Easter - I think we had record low temperatures and a vast amount of rain but despite that, we still managed to squeeze in a fair amount of outdoor activities ...
